Resident Liaison Officer BRIEF OUTLINE We have a remarkable opportunity for an experienced RLO looking to join one of the country s preeminent M&E contractors, providing first class service to the company, client and tenant. ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is one of the most successful and respected M&E Services Contractors in the country, providing maintenance solutions, design and install M&E services for all major sectors. With 75 years of providing excellence in the industry, they ve built a strong reputation that has made them a trusted partner for some of the most prestigious projects. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES To act as a key point of contact. Liaise between the client, the tenant and Dodd Group staff in order to provide a first class service Provide advice and support for tenants Assist with the resolution of any disputes Ensure confidentiality and data protection are observed at all times Ability to capture and record information accurately Support the reduction in complaints Attendance at site/client meetings when required Support Service Delivery ManagerABOUT THE CANDIDATE Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar role in the public or private sector Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Motivated with a can-do attitude to deliver excellent customer service Strong time management skills Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Clean DBS check requiredPACKAGE £ - £, Based on experience Company car provided
