Salary: £25000-£30000 basic plus a very competitive commission scheme / bonus
We are delighted to be assisting our highly established and very successful client as they look to recruit and additional Resourcer / Permanent Recruitment Consultant for their modern office in Burgess Hill.
My client work within the technical / construction / property and engineering sectors and have been trading successful for over 25 years. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team who have huge amounts of business within their sectors.
The role and ideal candidate:
My client are particularly interested in a resourcer who is looking to develop their career in recruitment or a recruitment consultant with at least 6 months experience behind them.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. The role often requires tact, diplomacy, and heaps of common sense, as well as the ability to prioritise and plan to meet the flexible demands of the role.
Teamwork is absolutely key to the success of the teams, as is the ability to multi-task effectively and to keep your cool under pressure. A sense of humour helps enormously also!
The successful candidate will be ambitious, target driven with the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates alike.

There is a very established client base with lots of roles to work on, so the primary focus is candidate generation using various social media and company databases.
