• Neonatologist interested in owning a neonatology group
• Leadership experience required
• Lead 3 other neonatologists
• Cover only 1 hospital
• Level IIIB NICU with 30 beds
• Rounding in the NICU and attending C-sections/high risk deliveries
• Pediatric hospitalists on staff cover the well baby nursery and pediatric floor
• There will be some light teaching responsibilities
