Job Description

  • Support day-to-day Admin services related matters and internal communication
  • Office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, repairs, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • In-charge of Visa application/arrangement for business trip, hotel booking, transport arrangement for both internal and external personnel
  • Assist in planning and implementation of employee engagement activities / company events
  • Invoicing, process payment request
  • Data entry and documentations filling
  • Provide weekly reporting
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Polytechnic diploma and above in any field of study.
  • Minimum 0-1 year of relevant working experience in preferred industries: Banking, Financial Services, Internet or IT industries.
  • Strong communication in English and Chinese due to liaising with Chinese counterparts.
  • Meticulous and organised - Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Singapore.
