My client seeks a Legal Recoveries Associates to deal with a case load of clients whose accounts have fallen into arrears. This involves dealing with predominantly inbound calls from customers, putting affordable repayments into place in conjunction with litigation processes where necessary.This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to use their existing customer service skills within a professional Legal environment. You will receive one day off during the week for every Saturday worked.Duties of the Customer Service Associate: Set up payment plans with customers in line with their affordability and expenditure Deal with inbound calls with customers who are in arrears to set up repayment plans or initiate litigation processes Outbound calls to customers to ensure they can stick to the payment agreement they have made Update systems in line with SRA and FCA regulations ensuring all information is up to date Clearly explain legal proceedings to customers and consequences of falling into arrearsSkills & Experience Required:To be considered for this role you will have worked in a customer service environment previously, either in a face to face or office based role. Due to the nature of this role your attitude and behaviour are of utmost importance and my client will be looking for applicants who are keen to develop a long term career. Graduates are welcome to apply.
