Every so often we look for an exceptional candidate, this Candidate will report and be assigned to the most senior staff. They will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and different business activities.The role is part time and initially (6 - 12 months) will be on Wednesday due to the availability of the Director. After this time there will be progression to other department and the opportunity for extended hours or a full-time role.Expectations is that you are a natural problem solver. You should be able to learn quickly and understand complex situations.You will be dealing with people directly and so being a people person and customer communication skills are very important.We expect some basic knowledge of both the software and hardware we support, as well as impeccable communications skills and reliability.Your working hours will be on Wednesdays and this role will not be a home working role but an in-person, office based role.Depending on your progress, desire and availability there could be more working hour opportunities as you develop.Responsibilities and Duties- Always Providing an excellent customer experience- Responding efficiently to over a variety of channels- Conducting onsite work as and when required (such as onsite support, system deployment etc.)- Set up new equipment (PCs / Laptop / Mobile / etc.) for new users.
