The Facilities & Workplace Services team deliver a range of client, administrative and workplace associated services to fee earners, clients, and staff to ensure client needs are met both internally and externally. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, assisting in the coordination of in-house and outsourced administrative services, maintaining communal areas and meeting rooms, managing stock levels, health and safety compliance, and co-ordinating the processing of all new starters and leavers. The successful candidate will have a competent knowledge of health and safety procedures, a professional and positive approach to work, the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
