We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to liaise with sales, marketing and production to ensure that the online shops are kept up to date with content, images, prices and stock availability.
The role of Customer Service Advisor will suit someone with the following attributes:
• Exceptional customer service and listening skills, with 'customer focus' behaviour.• Ability to interact diplomatically with all customers, whatever the circumstances.• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.• Excellent personal time-management, organisation and planning skills
Computer literacy is essential, and we are keen to find someone with a working knowledge of Sage, Qlikview, Shopify, Office 365.
The role of Customer Service Advisor will involve:
• Manage the company catalogue on company website, including processing orders, invoicing and providing shipping information to the customer.
• Liaise with Amazon to ensure that listings and stock levels are maintained
• Work with marketing and sales to list and promote products on special offers, such as Prime Day and Cyber Weekend.• Provide E-commerce reports to the management team• Handle emails and telephone enquiries from all customers
This role will also involve customer service duties, so it is essential that the successful candidate is a confident communicator and enjoys resolving problems and seeing a task through to completion.
