We are looking for an Admin assistant for our client based in Aylesford
Working on a 6 month temporary duties will include:
- process paper order forms and enter them directly into an online ordering platform
- helping to prepare for our clients annual audit
- General Administrative duties
You will be analytical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent IT skills including Excel. You will have a strong administrative background
You will be fully trained on this in person, along with supporting training documentation to refer to.
Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours
